A customer brought his electrical scooter to the AegisBattery office. The original Li-ion battery inside the scooter has been used for only 6 months and it stops working now. The customer tried to contact the seller online, the distributor and also the scooter manufacturer but they all could not solve the battery issue. We are glad that the customer found us and we designed the battery for him to put into his scooter! Can't wait to replace an electrical scooter's original battery with the new customized 36V 10Ah Aegis Battery!
